We're sorry guys, but soap and water once a week, and the occasional shave just doesn't cut it these days. While women in UK spend billions each year on beauty products, we think it's about time that our men follow suit and invest in some products to make themselves a little more desirable, so here’s our tips to male grooming.
We all know that a bride wants to look and feel her best on the big day, but what about every other day? Whether you’re looking to loose weight for your walk down the aisle, searching to improve your self-confidence, or looking to feel more in-shape, WeddingTV has found a friendly face amongst those frightening fitness camps. Wedding planning can easily get overwhelming, and Phoenix Boot Camp is a great escape to take care of your mind and your body!
For many brides, the moment that she gets engaged she begins to take better care of herself. Exercising more, eating healthier, spending extra money on that eye cream you’ve wanted for years… to-be-bride are taking the time to care for themselves from head to toe. There is one thing, however, that is often overlooked: your muff, and lets face it, on your wedding day, it’s not a part you want to be thinking about too much!
Straight away I’ll confess – I don’t exercise. Ever. You see I’ve an amazing amount of excuses from having a 4 hr hour round commute everyday (good excuse) which means I value my weekends in bed (poor excuse) and in the pub (awful excuse).
Day two of Kate's bootcamp experience, she's made it through the first day in one piece, but things are about to get aggressive with boxing and soggy with canoeing!
Sunday, is supposed to be a day of rest. It appears that no one told our PT’s that...
It’s Monday!!!! We get a ‘lie in’ – out running at 6.30 instead of 6!! But this morning I’m really feeling it, my legs have seized up, I can only sprint every few minutes, but the PT’s are trying to squeeze every last bit of energy out of us – this is for a Bacon sandwich I keep telling myself, a BACON SANDWICH. I’m a pathetic mess by the end of it. So much has happened this weekend, I feel it’s opened a chasm of feelings I’ve held bottled up for so long. This all comes out at the weigh in.
