After a very varied life including working as a croupier, singer/songwriter and computer programmer, I now own and run an award winning luxury cake business that has been featured in the UK’s leading wedding magazines, national television and radio and is recommended by some of the best hotels and venues in the country including The Ritz London, The Connaught and The Dorchester. People often ask how I went from obtaining a first class degree in computer science to luxury cake design. The truth is, they aren’t that different. Both are creative in their own way and attention to detail is key.
