In all honesty, attempting an overview of the Far East in a few paragraphs is a fairly pointless task! A vast area taking in many greatly diverse nations, it is a popular part of the world with independent travellers due to the generally low cost of living, ease of movement and incredible experiences open to visitors. There is so much to immerse yourselves in that it is genuinely overwhelming – but in the best possible way!
